The Mad Max game released in 2015 was dope. I highly recommend playing it if you haven't. It's available in all platforms.

I thought exactly the same. If we comparing game play & setting it rather looks like Driver. Also the game itself outside those semi-Noir style comic pictures looks a little bit off, the environment feels rather low-poly & outdated then comic style. Maybe devs should add some other effects for distant buildings and more comic animation effects overall inside the game?

Except this game is very biased, shallow, subversive and disgraceful to its source material including American culture and the United States as a whole country.
Stylish! Procedurally generated backgrounds? Yup, not Mad Max. More Driver, Burnout and Vanishing Point.
Nothing about this game looks even remotely interesting.
