I did not think you were going to cut that web design from a solid piece. I thought it was round stock and you cut, bent, and welded it. The talent you show with a torch is awesome. Thanks for such a detailed video. I wish someone would donate a steel building and a couple of go pros to you. It would benefit all of us fans of yours. Great job dude.

I really like the dual tubing around the frame. Making the spider web from a flat sheet was awesome. And the added detail to the side gussets really makes it stand out. I am inspired now to go make one for my Ram. Thanks

Everyone keeps telling him to get a plasma cutter. The torch is working just fine. Haha. Yea its nice to have it, but then you have to have an air compressor that can keep up. It adds up. Especially when you buy something decent that you can count on to last.

Really great fab work. How many total hour do u have in that ptoject? Sometimes it's less wear on the body to just put those hours into overtime and have a shop laser cut a design u make on computer. Then weld up the tubing. Just an idea from a aircraft structures guy.

hey mate, love your work. . I have a question which i think you have probably been asked a thousand times before. can you tell my why you chose oxy acetylene instead of plasma cutting? do you have more control? i haven't used either before and I was thinking about one of these processes as my next purchase as my welding improves.
