I thought so too at first because of how incongruous his biceps look, but after watching the video I really don't think it is. He has some vascularity in them that you don't see with synthol, and you can see them tense, shorten and move as he gives the massage. With synthol it's generally just a blob unless it's used very sparingly as a spot enhancer. I think this is just a little dude who mostly worked biceps. He has a fair amount of development in his forearms and triceps, so it's not a complete imbalance like you usually see with synthol abuse. It's rare that any amateur who's willing to use it has the restraint to stop at the size that this dude's at. I'm a powerlifter and have seen some god damned awful synthol jobs come into the gym, and I'm like 95% sure that this guy is natural. If he's using, he's a fucking wizard at making it look good. God damn it, I came to get to sleep and wound up typing a novel about gym nerd shit :( Sorry for derailing your comments with gym shit, ASMR Conclave. Love this channel, please keep the vids coming =)

Wow never expected you'll answer. By the way, nice video. It's just so weird to watch a good indian barber/massage video this silent with just a few car honks, keep up the good work. I suggest you find more good massager/barber that less overrated (I've seen Baba Sen like thousand in other video it become boring after a while)

its a injection that ppl do to make their muscles bigger,,, did u even notice that it has no definition when he flexes... it looks the same... its very harmful.... many ppl who bodybuild use it to make there muscles look and appear bigger then anything.... n he tries to be rough to match it... idk.. its a sloppy job he did.... on his part with the whole massage
