HE351 Spring Wastegate In a Cummins Swap Square Body Chevy

I finally make a big jump in turbos with my truck. I just got a HE351 base turbo with a 67/67/9. the one issue that i am having on install is that i need to clock the turbo to fit in my Cummins swapped square body. in order to clock a HE351 you need to remove the wastegate and buy a spring waste gate, a spring waste gate cost about $150. in this video i show you how to build your very own spring gate for around $30

Hey where did you get the spring and how much tension is the spring rated for?
Doesn’t the he351 have the solenoid hole I believe that’s an he341 compressor housing

The turbo I have here is an he351 but it’s an after market compressor housing, because this he351 is a 67-67-9

Ashford is correct,I believe that is a 341 cover that has been modified by whichever aftermarket company.. doesn't matter...I think I've seen that fleece outfit slightly modify turbo's with common parts,slap some paint on it and then charge ridiculous price's....but anyway,I did something similar as u with a he351 ....👍👍👊
