He went from $200K a year to teaching freediving in Taiwan [Ray of Freedive Nomad]

I've known Ray for years and yet still wanted to know more about how he went from an investment bank trader to a freediving coach in Taiwan. And also ask about why he's gone for his Taiwanese citizenship instead of living in the United States during COVID.

The freedive week sounds awesome! When I saw your video of your 1st class, I thought Ray only taught 1st level. I was planning to do it in NJ or Florida. Hope to be in Taiwan by 2026. Thank you for this video!

Yep he teaches level 2! And hopefully soon level 3. Wish you can make it to a deep week in Taiwan and good luck on your next training!

Absolutely LOVE this!! It’s so crazy to see other folks living a life you didn’t think was possible. I always used to tell myself I’d go to Taiwan or Indonesia and become a diver but I didn’t think it was a viable option. Hearing you both talk about this has inspired me :)

WOOO! I love to hear that! You can absolutely go for it! I know it's ironic to say yolo, but for real. So glad this video inspired you!

My wife and I lived in Erie in 1994-96. We would go to Youngstown just for something to do. 😂(Quaker Steak and Lube was there in the 90's. Erie got one after we left.)
