On that diy trickle tower you should put a very coarse sponge above your polyfil. This way it spreads the water out more before it hits the fine filter. This way it doesnt just blow a small hole right through the fine filter. I hope that make sense. Lol

That hole you saw was in the top of the tower, not the fine filter. Watch again.

I'm just a geology nerd. I like rocks. It just so happens that I can put many of the neat rocks in my tanks and enjoy two things at the same time.

I do not want to seem rude but I am guessing many people interviewed do not want to have the average person showing up and walking though their house. Like when our fish room is finally ready we will do 1 open house (and that will still be by invite and only to people we have done business with in the past) and from there it will go back to invite only.

I love how just about every fish breeder on KZread is unable to properly pronounce Cholla wood the correct way. LOL It is pronounced "Choy Ya" wood and it comes from a type of cactus in the high desert of California and similar areas.

What type of angelfish are those.. absolutely amazing colors..a marble mix?

The garage is insulated and I have an AC vent that cools it. On days where it's too hot for the one vent to keep it cool I just crack open the door to the house.

put the sword tail fry in a long tank like a 55 in brackish conditions and feed varied rich diet ,3 times a day, see if they grow out faster for you , could do a test small setup

I am a very amateur fish lover, wanting get a tank going. (I have a turtle, gold fish, hermits, a betta, and just got a bumble bee snail, and can’t remember the other kind. This is a question I am very curious about. I see all of you amazing tanks with all the plants, and tons of fish. You might have already explained it, but do you have to do a water change? Clean the tank? Or is the filter and the balance of all you have keep it clean? Just wondering. I am sure some of you other fishy 🐠🐟people out there answer my question.😉

A buck a snail, for rams?! Holy shit. I used to have a bajillion of them (red, brown, blue, leopard, pink, etc) and I couldn't give those bastards away, no matter what color they were! Obviously I was looking at the wrong market!
