@G-man, you as an architect should have a rate per square foot available. It doesn't matter how many sqft space a client needs. If your rate is $1 or less per SQ ft, then that's what you sell to clients. That rate gives them a picture of the kind of house plan to draw, items to include or delete to make the drawing cost effective based on your rate per square footage.

Liberians can build Liberia? How? I’m so over your and this talk. It sounds good but not feasible because in reality Liberians lack every skill sets or resources necessary to build this country. So enough with this foolish talk. Accept your need more than help. It would take one hundred years for Liberians to develop Liberia at rate your are going. Name one or two Liberians millionaires you know of in the States to talk about, leave Liberians to build Liberia? My question again is how?
