Is This a Liberian government funding project or an exclusively individual funding project? Where did the funding come from to construct this property? Transparency is needed here, because if you are a first lady and are allotted yearly funding from the Liberian government that is the Liberian people's tax dollar, any project implemented during your time as first lady, needs to be turned over to the Liberian government because it is the Liberian people money. No matter which government it is. She was not a private person when she built this site.

Jewel should be ashamed of herself. After being first lady, Senator and Vice President of Liberia. She can't show any tangible project to benefit the nation. Why is she touring another former first lady project? Shame on you, Jewel.😢

Thanks Emmanuel for the great job! It’s sad that this day and age in our country people have to endure such hardship. But in anything however bad there is a good side - because the water is running there is less harm. Don’t get it wrong that it’s not harmful though. But God is protecting our people lives and you won’t believe it that there could be by far fewer people with illnesses related to water pollution in that area. Still it is better for them to have access to hand pumps than drinking directly from the running water.

Doe accused Tolbert and others of greed and had them murdered in the name of justice, only to turn round and do far worse. The attitude of a typical African despot. Liberia was impoverished under Doe but he still built such a mansion. The irony is today his legacy is in ruins. Vanity is vanity.

To be honest our people been living like this for a very long time and it’s terrible. All the representatives and senators need to be removed from office because if you really care about your people you won’t let your people drink dirty water and living poor. I will keep saying this till the day I die us Liberians and Africans we need to do better. I hate when people say O slow things are getting better O things are getting better I don’t want to hear that and I don’t need to hear that. It been over 200 years since the American Colonization Society settled in Liberia over 200 years ago and what have we been doing for the past 200 years? I understand it takes time to develop and improve things but 200 years? 200 years? Soooo what have we been doing for the past 200 years? Look at South Africa, look at Ghana, look at Kenya all of these countries are not perfect and they been through wars and hardships but they country are developed and what have we been doing for the past 200 years? Tell me and Liberia was the first African country on the continent to gain independence sooooo tell me what have we achieved and done
