You really should give this show another shot. It's so well written, paced, and animated with awesome designs. The second act wasn't as good as they rushed the storytelling (it should have been 16 episodes to tell that part of the story instead of 8 episodes), but overall it rocked and I look forward to more. I can't wait to get these two as I collect most versions of both, but I actually like the look of these. And yeah, I'd also love to see more of the CGI characters represented in Masterverse. I'd go all in if they did, but I doubt they will, so my wallet is probably safe.

They are definitely different. I know I would like to get them to add to my collection since I want as many versions of He Man and Skeletor as possible, but I’m still a bigger fan of the 80s and 2000s versions.

I love the series and I really like this 2 figures for the motu multiverse. Against all odds. Because they changed. Every one so drastically I dint loke at all the troll hunter design but this show iz so well done that did get me

Exactly Why I’m Here🤣

I generally feel the same way about the new series. It grew on me eventually; Season 3 is pretty good actually. That being said, still not really a fan of the other toy line either. Like you, I picked up He-Man and Skeletor just to have them (because He-Man and Skeletor), but I’m not collecting anything else. When they were first announced for Masterverse, I thought they’d be more in proportion with the other sub-lines (meaning more realistic and not overly exaggerated, which I’m not a fan of). These just don’t seem all that different. At least the Origins version from the 40th Anniversary 4-pack is in proportion with the other figures. These are just bulkier, better articulated versions of the other line. Sort of a missed opportunity, in my opinion. I do love Skeletor’s redesign, though!

For my he man collection

These figures are getting mixed reviews from people. I like them and thats all that matters.

I'm a Masterverse completist but these two are an easy pass for me and I'm a bit sad about that. It's not that the figures are bad, it's just that I couldn't care less for them. The proportions are just too crazy and stick like a sore thumb, they don't fit at all with the rest of the line. Maybe they'll give us these figures in the normal Masterverse scale and proportions down the road and then I would definitely get them, but as in right now, the only way I may pick these two up is if I see them on clearance upon clearance for like 5 bucks and I would still think about it lol.

My Arkham Knight had a loose left boot cut, so ordering another one. McFarlane Toys QC has got to do better. C’mon Toddfather!! 🧌
