I'd want a million dollars for every day I was wrongfully placed in harm's way by the same system that is said to protect and serve the citizens of this city. This was the turning point of the communities outrage after watching the Brutal stabbing of Junior...now him (the owner) if he would of assisted Junior he would of been covered under the Good Samaritan Act law. The courts and the judges and people in the system knows this but it's most beneficial to the system to practice corruption cause it's a win win win for the city. I said blow by mistake when investigator said hes the main reason why junior was murder but either or why does it matter when most of them stabbed and they all getting charged the same. The problem here is muñiz orchestrated the whole shit yet he was under investigation for 3 other murders which they have video on and witnesses and the Da failed to arrest which would had prevented Jr murder. And you didnt hear about this like many people in the world nor I because the news fails to report or show us images like the Jr case which videos went viral. Te Bronx DA of course will never show us anything that makes them look bad. But instead of thinking about all this. Every one wants to go directly at who really gave the final blow or not. If everyone wants to get technical watch the video and see how many times he was stabbed by one of the guys and te ame guy wrapped to jr left side and kept stabbing even at his neck from left side. Muniz hacked him multiple times yet the only blood you see is from right side of neck on video and everyone wants to make conclusions based on that alone and fui the rest. If you all saw the police report like I did. You will see even that shit makes no sense. It only says stabbed in neck. Wheres the rest? So dont assume or be quick to judge based on who stabbed last. If you see he was stabbed over 30 times by the other guys so if the neck wouldn't had killed him the others would have. Either or he would had bled out

Martin, then if the videos can be ignored by the justice, the best evidence would be a witness. In this case, then it's very necessary to find the woman who apparently witnessed when Junior was being assesinated and as well to the criminals. If you hear the video recorded from the building, you can hear a woman's voice coming from the street, screaming horrorized "Nooo", when she saw the first criminal handling the dagger, and when she saw that he was stabbing Junior, she kept screaming as in shock. She can't be seen in the video. None camara showed her. Her voice came from the street and not from the women recording it on the upstairs apartments, for sure. I can notice that she saw how the gangueros stabbed to Junior. Whoever she is, if she declare what she witnessed, she will help in the justice for this case, better than any recorded evidence. But also she'll be exposed herself to retaliations from the gangueros. I hope she testify and be very protected by the police as much as she need(for years!).

Their were over 50 witnesses but just like everyone rather record then call 911 or help. They also will never testify in court. I know everyone is against the grocery owner for taking a backseat and not being proactive with aiding Junior during his demise, but I don’t hear or haven’t hear anyone giving him kudos for his HD surveillance recording that recorded every act of these idiots…because of these videos going viral, it has cause the community to unite and make the DA and NYPD accountable to move their butts…that’s why I pray that no one allowance their loves one murders go unheard. Be proactive PLEASE make lots of noise and march for a cause, let your voices BE heard…all of you in the community who work for a living, its your tax DOLLARS which employ your city officials, SO in reality YOU are the employers, they WORK for You…don’t let them forget that…hold them all ACCOUNTABLE! Love your communities, befriend your neighbors, count your blessings and most of all, pay it forward…blessings

I understand you but I cant give kudos to him for having cameras because their should be a law that every business owner and property owner should be mandated to install great quality HD cameras and maintain them to insure we get criminals off the street.

Now they threatened me again to start posting or else they will demonitize my channel. So I posted a video only in spanish detailing the truck accident in Colorado. Wasn't sure if my subs expected it since my videos were erased and I lost thousands

He is absolutely right the DA is not doing it's job. It's been evident for years. The Bronx is one of the most poverty stricken, crime ridden places you can live. Crime brings value down. The citizens of The Bronx do not band together enough to make a difference.

the store owner be charged with conspiracy because he obviously knew the shit that was about to happen to the poor young guy.
