I’m an American dear. Thanx for being so sweet to us dears and to dimash himselve. We can be overpowering and songs like the diva dance and Ave Maria we have seen too many times to count, but it doesn’t matter when you hear a first reaction. In the fifth element probably the extreme highs and lows were computer and soundboard generated. Many females have done this but none match dimashs. This is a large rabbit hole with over 140 live videos and music video soundtracks and small movies on his channel. You and me can’t approach Dimash wanting him to do our tricks - styles, songs, and genres. Dimash is. He has done every genre he cares to do and creates new one… covers too.we have to let him. Dimash has no contracted producer. He has no little people following him around. Because of his range he has to write,collab, and special composers have to write to make use of this versatile and broad range that doesn’t sound like he’s showing off which he has done in competitions since 5 years old. He’s now going back to his former completions as judge. Even saying his abilities he is still an humble person. I want to hear him on top forties. But that doesn’t matter. He does what he wants with surprises rapt every corner. Because of his long concerts, tours and the amount of music he puts out I think this adult prodigy has a photographic memory as great actors do. It’s not beyond this genius. You have a lot to explore. I like your style as reactors and first reactions to Dimash are great starting with songs that are not the way the dears request to first time reactions to dimash. You guys are great.

He also sings it along with Confessa in the Singer 2017, a little differently than this version. I like both. The Singer 2017 is where he exploded in popularity. This was in China, where he was the first non Chinese invited to participate in a competition with Chinese established performers....supposedly for one or two performances as a wild card guest. He was only 22. He opened the season with the first performance of SOS sung in French, before the others, & he shocked everyone. The next day he found his hotel surrounded by security.....his performance brought 650 million views overnight! Second performance was an impish Dimash singing Opera2 where his dad was secretly in the audience, & afterwards the reunion was really lovely to see. Dimash was in a totally new country, without knowing any of the language, one interpreter, & he got homesick. So they got in touch with his dad who came to support him. Some songs on that program have back stories which are needed to help us understand the meanings more fully.....Autumn Strong, & Daybreak, to name a couple.

This is well stated! I also want to say thank you for jumping into his music. He is an independent artist working overtime to make his stand here in the US. That's a difficult endeavor as you no doubt are aware. So, it's always wonderful to see good people such as yourselves discovering him and helping others to do the same. (There are a lot of comments so sorry if I repeat.) If you like the contemporary vocal styles there is a really wonderful catalog of that too. Some have an impressive MV too. 🙌 🎉👏 👍Dimash has dedicated and given everything to his singing since the age of 5 - he sang before, but began his formal music education at age 5. Never drinks, smokes or takes drugs ever as it would hurt his voice...he said in an interview he has only been in a night club twice....he lives, breaths and sleeps singing....he drew a picture for his parents at age 3 or 4 of him on a big stage with sound equipment and instruments singing. Captions will help you understand some his vocal choices when singing in foreign languages. Sometimes it makes it easier for his earlier english videos because his accent was quite heavy at times. His english is very good now. Dimash does not sing high and low to show off ( he can be playful at times😏) but chooses the vocal textures and octaves that best get his message across. Thanks for the great reaction! All of Dimash’s performances of this song are amazing! He sometimes does a D7 whistle note instead of the 13 note run down, that’s also crazy. You’ll find different performances for the same song are also very impressive and something different, even if you’ve heard the song before, he’s that good! For example his latest KZread release on a Chinese TV show recently is a Kazakh folk song which we’ve all heard him perform lots of times before, this time he started off with the folk and went into Jazz style (incredible Jazz runs!), so he even surprises those of us who have seen everything he’s ever performed! Greetings from England! Your next three songs should be SOS (in French), Dimash’s cover of a song that made him famous, my favourite performance by far is at the Slavic Bazaar in 2018. Then Sinful Passion (in Russian) at Sochi in 2018 (be sure to watch until the end to see what a humble person he is). Then Stranger (in English) at New Wave 2021, written for Dimash by famous multi billionaire composer/music mogul Igor Krutoy (on piano). Dimash is also an amazing composer in his own right, his own songs are incredible! You’ll get to those masterpieces too, no doubt!

I was Dimashed about 3 years ago and I've yet to hear him repeat a single song exactly the same way twice. And each time is utterly breathtaking. I absolutely agree with these choices and order of listening. Great start to the Dimash rabbit hole we all become a part of.

I've been following Dimash since 2017 when he was on the I Am Singer show! He is absolutely incredible and so very humble!! I am a proud "Dear" of Dimash Kudaibergen ❤️❤️

Dimash might not be the best singer in the world, but he is the best singer I’ve ever heard. It doesn’t matter the genre or language. If Dimash is singing, it’s my genre! And he has so much charisma and stage presence, his musical interpretation is not dependent on my knowledge of the lyrics. Actually, when sub captions are available, I am far too enthralled with watching Dimash to really be able to read them. He can grab you and hold your attention. I guess you can tell, I am a dear. . . a 66 year old, retired teacher, grandmother dear. He has fans all over the world, all ages and varying cultures.

Even if the kind of music Dimash performs isn't everyone's cup of tea, you help but appreciate the level of talent he expresses. His vocal abilities and the way he utilizes those abilities are mind blowing, even if it's not something that makes it to your typical play list.

You guys are awesome! You just started with your best journey in music and voice! Dimash is a master class himself❤ enjoy him and we “the dears” do❤

Wonderful reaction you handsome men!!! You will find out the more you listen to Dimash, the more you go down the rabbit hole with him, the more you will be amazed! Normally, people first react to him singing SOS. You should do that next. Then Stranger, Olympico, Across Endless Dimensions, Ikanaide, Love Is Like a Dream, his cover of Queen's; Show Must Go On...just to name a few. He is the best singer in the world! Training since he was 5, sings in 7 octaves, sings in 12 different languages, writes, produces, sings & performs with great emotion, is a super humble guy & a huge humanitarian. And yes, he is tall 😅

Fun fact: Diva Dance was composed with the premise that no human voice would be able to sing all of it. So, only about 85% of it was sung and the rest was sampled and edited for the movie. Another fun fact: Maïwenn Le Besco (the actress) didn't actually sing the song. This was done by Inva Mula (an Albanian opera singer). Really brings home just how talented Dimash is.
