I started getting anxiety and panic attacks in 2012, suffered for 2 months and then started small morning, evening walks 2 KMs and Yog, bhramri, udgeet and anulom vilom it all just got vanished in next one month and I strated feeling better. It's like I never thought about those negative emotions but now after 8 years when I started this mundane city life, bad eating sleeping schedule and office mess, it started again and this time it's more powerful but I know I will defeat it as yog is with me :D it's 15 days and I ve already started feeling better with morning evening walks and all three yog postures. Bhraamri, udgeet and Anulom vilom is cure for anxiety and panic attacks. Be positive you will not die :D it's just a feeling. get rid of this feeling by focusing on your breath. @@sadhusandhya2972 the reason you are into this video and want to know more about anxiety already sows you are trying hard to control your emotions. Do this without fail for at least a month and you will be back on track. quit any craving (cigratte, alcohol, sugar, eating at irregular intervals etc any craving). wake up at 5 AM, 2 glasses of lukewarm water, take a run till your breath almost comes out of your body, rest, run again, rest, run again, run for atlesat 2 KM a day run / brisk walk . You can increase the distance gradually or not it depends on you but 2 km is fine. spend 2 hours on your body every morning (run, exercise and meditation). yogic exercise like anulom vilom and kapalbhati will surely help. this is very important WHOLE DAY KEEP WATCHING YOUR BREATHS. INHALE DEEP AND EXHALE DEEP BUT IT HAS TO BE SILENT NO HARSH BREATHING SLOW AND LONG DEEP BREATHS. in the evening take 2 pills medhavati (buy it from patanjali store) with lukewarm milk and sleep like a baby. medhavati contains ashawagandha which keeps your dopamine level in place and releases stress on your brain cells. WHILE DOING ALL THIS KEEP THIS IN MIND, WHATEVER WORRIES YOU, PUT GOD IN FRONT BELIEVE IN THAT POWER AND GIVE YOUR BEST SHOT. JUST DO NOT GIVE UP AND DIE :D YOU WILL DO GOOD. GOD BLESS YOU

I spent almost all my teenage days suffering from anxiety and depression. In 2010, I found yoga in yotube and followed regularly and I started to feel so relax and fear free which I never feel like that before. I have been following baba ramdev since then and I have completely cured this symptoms. Yoga and Pranayam is so real and everyone should practice and its free.

I spent almost all my teenage days suffering from anxiety and depression. In 2010, I found yoga in yotube and followed regularly and I started to feel so relax and fear free which I never feel like that before. I have been following baba ramdev since then and I have completely cured this symptoms. Yoga and Pranayam is so real and everyone should practice and its free.

here's a few suggestions worth trying Work out why you are shy - the first step to solving an issue is to understand why you have it. Be at ease about yourself - this makes it easier Challenge youself - you will feel better by doing things - especially by doing activities which push your boundaries. (I read these and more tips from Martos magic method website )

Sir... I am suffering from anxiety, stress and depression from 1 month and bcoz of this I can't sleep at night. I am taking Nexito Plus 1 tab/night and dizeral az half/night from 1 month. Sir... when and how can I stop my medicines? I am very much stressed about the medicines as I am thinking that what will happen If I will become addictive to it! I am also worry about the withdrawal symptoms which I will face after stopping the medicines. Sir... Please help me by prescribing the best way to how and when to stop my medicines.
