okay let me break it down to you ..I am a nurse and I had an affair with the doctor who was living with someone else I decided that this relationship was no longer healthy for me so instead of me being a typical woman and cussing him out I broke it off very nicely and told him that I wanted to move on and that I wasn't getting any younger and I had to be realistic about everything I told him I hope that he found someone that can treat him the way he need to be treated ,I told him I hope you find someone that can make him happy..I know he only treated me like a booty call I didn't feel the need when I decide to move on to make that into an argument and tell him everything he wasn't doing for me because I understood he knew damn well what he wasn't doing for me. I realize it was my fault . because I liked him and allowed the situation . He ignored me , did not take my calls , unless bootty call , never spent time with me.. even when I moved he never asked if I needed help...... I just decided to break away and move on.this man started calling my home he decided one day to call me at 7 at night and started asking me about my new man my life he asked me did I love the new guy and how was he different from him. I told him at the moment he's (the new guy) is very nice guy he told me can I consider him if it doesn't work out this man was living with somebody else and I was nothing but his booty call so he was having an affair me and treated me taking me for granted. he had the audacity to tell me if it didn't work out could I consider him. He had dumped me before and I took him back , I did - or thoght I loved him .. I was I guess confused .. I had to leave .. The other guy was nice to me ... showed me and treated me likea women should be treated .. I just listen to I shook my head on the phone.. he kept calling me asking me can I take you out to dinner he kept calling over and over and over and over again I told him I wanted to concentrate on this new relationship and I felt that it was unhealthy to continue interacting with him.he started telling me that he cared for me more than what he realized and he didn't want me to go he said he loved me and he did not realize it until I left.. seems getting in the other relationship made him want to hold on..he told me to please give him a chance to show me ..I will spend more time with you..etc.. he was a general surgeon - trauma surgery...I believe his ego was bruise that I walked away. and after I made it clear that I no longer wanted to be with him or interact with him he called me again one night and told me very sincerely nobody's ever told me the way I told him he said nobody's ever did told him so stern and yet so consideritly...i guess he knew he was taking me for granted..I guess I made him feel very small I guess I made him feel very guilty because I was very nice about it I was very humble about it when I walked away I felt there was no need to tell him what he was not doing when he already knew what he was not doing there was no need to tell him about this relationship is not anything cuz he knew he didn't value me in the relationship so when I walked away the only thing was he was expecting that that's what made him feel guilty .he knew he deserved to be cusssed out I did not. The last thing I said to him was .. I dont want you to feel uncomterable around me .. we are good.. After that he would come to my area , and talk to me. and he kept asking me did I love the other man..ssh. I never respnded. He kept asking to give him another chance. I never did .. I married the other man.. when he found out that I was getting married he saw me at work and asked me to come out side , to talk. He cried and and said..I did and still do love you.. I never showed you , never had time for you... like I should have .. I let the right one get away...Im a fool .. I know you and I could have been happy.. I know the guy that chose you will be.....Ive been married 16 yrs .. I came across him last year . he was married , and smiled and said to me .. I just could not see you ...the way you needed to be seen

Nah a guy will ignore you mainly if you don't make an effort back or seem disinterested. Not that he is powerless. That is in your head. He is ignoring to move on.

Let the guy who ignored you chase you but by that time level so up so hard that they will have you visiting their dreams. Don’t give them access.

Ignoring someone who cares a.k.a. giving a person who cares a cold shoulder is mental abusive behaviour and highly disrespectful. Men (or women) who use this as a tool to achieve whatever, need to have a lesson in healthy communication and respect.

I have lost 20 lbs in the last 6 months and signed up for a grad school entrance exam. I am no longer running after a man

Learn to appreciate yourself so someone will come and appreciate you and give you the kind of attention and love that you deserve. You know what he came back. I blocked. He was given a chance, told my standards with equal effort and no games. He did not take me seriously the first time. So I blocked. No times to play idle games designed by insecure silly men.

Yes that's what happened so I called a break. I know he loves me, he knows I love him. We have been together fgor a year. A rocky year, but time apart was needed. So yes, I'm taking it slow and give him plenty of rope to think about things without me around. I know no communication is powerful. He needs to miss ME this time. I need to understand his needs and back off. No one likes a demanding person. I learned this about my self when I looked at myself through other people's eyes. It was a true awakening, an epifany! You should never feel down or depressed when a man/woman ignores you, small thing keep in mind.. you are giving love and they are receiving.. so urs is on upper hand... Feel proud of it... Ive heard somewhere about selfless sacrifice.. actually if we mould ourselves / adapt this you will be the happiest person. Never expect anything from anyone.. treat that u r the king/queen of ur life and be happy and mould it to ur way... Show interest in ur passion and grow. Why is it so hard to get up in the morning and do something for myself go to gym read a book dress nice when he ignores me ? Or he dosent accept when he’s wrong he want me all the time to be in a positive mood when I have a lot in my plate and he’s wrong and he wants me to be smiling all day even if something is wrong I can’t I can’t fake it I can’t fake been sad , but this video made me realize what everyone says make him miss me make him now I am doing stuff that makes me happy and leave him alone even if he is wrong take care of myself ..😢

Thank you Alex. I deeply care so personally I would try to talk, text, or call him to solve the issues. Watching this video and from a guy's perspective, I think you are right. Enjoying myself will let him see that it's not working if he wants to control over and he might miss me. Moving on is not a bad idea, but you might repeat the same issues with another guy. It's how you change yourself to be better and let him treat with respect. My boyfriend normally doesn't ignore my texts or calls, just when he's upset or not in the good mood, he acts up, hides away from messages even if he's online, being coward to talk about it. Regardless, he shouldn't ignore, so i think this video will let me learn and let him know he won't control me.
