He is a hypocrite, he sent her to jail for four years, she suffered all kinds of torture there, he bankrupt her father which caused him to be in a vegetable State, after she got out from jail he kept torturing her, humiliated her, sexually abused her, treated her like a dog, and he got the nerve to said why is she so cruel to him, when he is the one who is cruel to him, but of course he will never admit it.

I can't understand why after all the cruelty and inhumane treatments the wife received from the asshole ex-husband, they get back with him. The wives in chinese dramas are either crazy foolish or masochists. If she really wants to separate from him, then she should've have married the 2ML, even if he commits suicide. That's his retribution, and he acknowledged it.

If he really hates her, why didn't he marry the evil mistress? Why go to despicable means to torture the FL. He's not human, a devil and so with the scheming mistress. If he thinks she's dirty why make love with her? Isn't he afraid to contract STD? He's so evil that he used her family members to threaten her. So it's a very big question to me why she get back together with him in the end. Even if he offers his life to her, it isn't enough. He raped her multiple times, he's a sex-maniac. If I'm her, even if he's the only one (man) left in this world, I won't go back to him.

I hate weak FL.... if someone invades your house, just call a cop. And with their history of violence, I'd rather walk. ML slit his wrist but no blood comes out is totally LOL me.... I even had more blood than ML come out from my finger when cut myself accidentally with a cutter. I'm sooooo giving up on Chinese mini-drama qualities. So, I just watch when I want to rant I hope at least someone who might know these writers read my comment.... please, ask them to learn about psychology. It's really fun. And I believe they can get a lot of ideas from a lot of cases from its journals. The most important is for those writers to know that domestic violence is repeatable. Those who've done it will do it again, so, you better leave someone with that tendency of red flag. Also, someone who disbelieves a person will find it hard to believe that particular person forever. These writers desperately want to show that ML is the one who's holding control by making him behave unempathically towards FL. These writers are really clueless about how concerning ML's pattern of empathy is because he is somewhat restricted to his own mind, knowledge, and logic. He only focuses on his rigid sort of worldview which causes him to miss all the clues. These MLs need a psychiatrist
