Our “top pay” is $49/hour but we still get our raise every August so there isn’t truly a “top pay” that’s just what they call it in our union contract.

Our “top pay” is $49/hour but we still get our raise every August so there isn’t truly a “top pay” that’s just what they call it in our union contract.
