    Genuinely, most of your fashion how to videos are beyond so helpful. I’m Autistic/have ADHD and have dressed primarily for comfort and Sensory Processing Disorder my entire life (this has meant I cannot wear more than a few types of fabric in essence). Branching out has been impossible until this past year. I didn’t know videos like this existed. You don’t shame for certain choices/styles/colours and encourage branching out and are educational on different styles and what to wear on different occasions. You speak slowly, clearly and your expressions are clear/easy to understand. You have no idea how helpful you are 💕

I used to wonder when will you cross 1 lakh subs because it was stuck under 50k subs for a very long time. I wanted to congratulate you after your completion of 1 lakh subs, for being patience and such a hardwork person. You have been Inspiring me from a very long time ago. Congratulations once again and happy to see your channel growingout so well now.

    If you work out a lot you could wear stainless steel jewelry. The color is noticeably darker than silver but it is stronger, untarnishable and hypoallergenic. It is a lot cheaper than silver but it never turns black, as opposed to silver, and can be really shiny if it's well polished. You can shower, swim, sleep, exercise or do whatever with it and it will not lose its shape nor brake. Though not usually as custom nor artistic as silver, you will find awesome stainless steel pieces.

    The 1 1 2 rule is valid. From personal experience though you can wear ash much jewlrey as you want, as long as you balance it. 3 rings on one hand. Two on the other with a bracelet. I wore a lot of rings at one time.

    Solid stuff! I tend to go for a Johnny Depp/Keith Richards/Harry Styles vibe and slightly over accessorize. Loved the way you broke down each rule so well! If I had to add one tip, I would say focus on getting a really great high-quality piece/set of pieces you can afford, rather than a bunch of cheap stuff. You will be more likely to wear it more often and it will last you so much longer. Especially the wrist watch category!

    I generally stick to that rule of 112 but I’ll sometimes double stack my 5.5 mm 24inch rose gold rope and my 5.5 mm gold rope 23inch they stack perfect and have a crazy two tone look and I wear the matching braclets but I won’t wear a ring with it

  • @obamacare2498

    1-1-2 rule is a good rule of thumb but can easily be broken well depending on the pieces of jewelry worn, for example you can wear more than 2 rings but the balance in size, material and generally non-symmetry can help to make it look good

  • @gnth9552
    @gnth9552 Жыл бұрын

    I'm the guy on the thumbnail 😂 But that's thanks to the black shirt. I feel like that's really just too basic and therefore I accessorize more when I wear one. There are exceptions to that, e.g. when I wear cargo pants that already add more structure to an outfit. Commonly though, I stack up the bracelets (between 3 and 5) and wear 2 to 3 rings. Just to add detail as I never feel comfortable in something too simplistic.

    I am thrilled to hear that you are also a fan of Helios Global! I myself own almost their entire Atlantic collection, and I couldn't be happier. Before discovering Helios, I used to purchase jewelry from Clocks and Colours. However, their products were too big for my taste, and I prefer jewelry that is smaller and more delicate. Helios Global is a much better fit for me, and their prices are much more affordable compared to Clocks and Colours.

    The 1-1-2 rule I think only applies if all your jewelry is larger you know? I think having two rings a necklace and then two bracelets still work's great as long as your 2nd bracelet is a bit more subtle and smaller then the other. Just to add that extra detail to the hand that dosent have any rings on it if your like me and like all your rings just on one hand

    I absolutely agree with you in all of your points, I think men should really embrace their jewelery because its absolut not "a woman thing" to wear those, however, I think it depends on the overall person wether you look great with gold or silver, also depending on the outfit. More brown = Gold looks probably better, Black = Both fit really well, but combining both of them just looks a bit messy to me and not well picked

    I definitely over do it with my jewelry but only because each one means alot to me and I don't see that as fashion statements but more as I'm carrying these people with me and then on top of that I wear bracelets or rings that go depending on my outfit. For instance the jewelry ill never take off are a gold necklace and gold ring I use as charm on the necklace I've had since I was a kid given to me by uncle and aunt, a silver bracelet from my mother since when i graduated hs. A 3 year anniversary bracelet (stainless steel) from my gf, another necklace (jade charm) from my late cousin and a silver ring that I bought for myself as a symbol for my country and family when I went to visit. And from there, I've added 3 more rings and 2 bracelets whose colors usually match with my outfit. Definitely too much, but meh my look is already iconic amongst my friends and family that they question me if a piece is missing If you're wondering how it may look, it goes some like this Neck: golden chain with a Jesus charm and gold ring with a sapphire main gem and 2 smaller clear gems (diamonds?) Another necklace with black string and jade charm (size: 1.5"×1") Left hand: 1 silver bracelet, 1 stainless steel bracelet, an unknown golden metal ring on my ring finger. Unknown silver metal on my pinky. Right hand: 2 beaded bracelets (colors depending on outfit), silver ring on my ring finger, and stainless steel ring on my pinky If you made it here, thank you for taking an interest in my odd fashion sense

    Everyone is different and has different aesthetics and thats okay! For example, i disagree with your 1-1-2 rule by wearing always a necklace and 2 rings on each hand, sometimes 3-2 rings depending on how big the rings themselves are. If is one with a big stone is only one in the hand, but if is a simple one with nothing on it, usually i add another next to it with a interesting pattern or with a little statement. I have gotten many compliments from girls and i also feel more confident wearing so many rings at the time. So there is always and exception, sort off and thats okay too!

    As someone who likes to stack bracelets, I strongly disagree with the 1-1-2 rule. I feel like layering pieces is really good way to make your stuff look more personal, especially if you lean classic. An unexpected combination of pieces is really just as interesting as an unusual piece. I always wear my Tank watch and Love bracelet stacked together every day. (Don't @ me. I buy practically everything based on cost per wear, and things you wear every day rarely end up costing more than a buck or two a wear.) I love adding stuff like a woven bracelet from a market on vacation or a beaded bracelet made of semiprecious stones. That's a lot more interesting than just classic luxury bracelets. I will say this though, only stack one category. Don't do a pile of necklaces with a pile of bracelets, or a pile of necklaces with a bunch of rings.
