Looks really good. Think he would look better without the beard. He would look 10 years younger. Just my opinion. The haircut was spot on.

The new haircut Dan gave him suits him perfectly! I like how Dan explains it in detail to his clients before cutting their hair. I seem to appreciate the process of psychological counseling! Although he chose to keep his beard, his new haircut does make him look younger! You did a really great job again, thanks a lot for sharing! 👍🤩👏

She once served as the assistant manager of Happy Salon and was responsible for a series of celebrity styling for TV stations! Later, she had to give up because she gave birth to a son with congenital heart disease. A few years later, she died of Leukemia! Every time I see you, you remind me of my elder sister!

I think just getting guys to understand the concept of "a work in progress" when they want to radically change styles is a gift. It takes good communication with a skilled barber over time.

Yeh he should have gone shorter & either lost the beard altogether or very short goaty, basically it's just toned down it could have been a brilliant transformation if a lot shorter, never take enough off imo

Hair looks amazing. I think he’d look better with that beard styled more but has to be said, getting rid of some of it made a big difference.

Tip to the camera man. When Dan talks about the crown and explains how the hair is falling in a specific direction, show the costumers crown ! We wanna see what Dan is talking about.

Great consultation & cut. Really appreciate how honest and thorough you are during the consultation. Sometimes clients want us to work magic lol. We are artists not magicians!

You are an absolute artist, and how I wish I could bring my disabled son over from the U.S. because he’s balding on top at 31 but has so many cowlicks We keep it longer so they lay flat, tapered around his ears and a clean neckline but he looks like a monk 😂 I know you could make him look fantastic, like you did with Edward. I really wish they’d set you up with extra time for beards while on the phone with the client, because that’s not the 1st time I’ve heard you say you didn’t have the time for the full beard transformation you’d like. Speaking for myself, I like clean shaven. But if you love your beard, don't get rid of it for someone else! It's critical to keep it clean and combed if you do have one. I like goatees, if it suits you, btw. A retro beatnik look is hella cool.

I go to the little gear icon (settings) in the screen drop-down. Under advanced settings, select playback speed. I put Dan’s vids on 75%.
