12:20 What is incredible to me in that counterattack is not Wemby just putting the ball in the air and daring the opponent to try to do something. No, there is something way more impressive. When Wemby receives the ball for the counterattack, his feet is still in the line in the middle of the court. From THAT SPOT, Wemby managed to dunk it (barely, but still did it), while dribbling the ball to the ground only ONCE!!!!!

He should stay around that 240-245 range. That’s like Giannis weight. He shouldn’t be more than 250 I’d be scared for his ankles and knees

The more weight he puts on, the more weight is on his joints which ups injury concerns. He needs to stay thin but get functional strength so he stays fast and agile. Also excess muscle affects your shot. Giannis said it and KD said thats why he never lifted weights.
