A 2-room flexi floor plan consists of compact BTOs that have been designed keeping in mind singles and couples who want to live in non-mature properties. There are 3 types of 2-room HDB floor plans: Type 1: 35 to 38 sqm. Type 2: 45 to 47 sqm.

Cost $80,000..Reno cost $30000. Not including furnishing and appliances. Expression of buyer faces....Priceless!😆😆😆
Who is the designer?
Buying new nonmature unit is like buying new car made in China. I'd rather have an older but practical Toyota.
Why the showroom furnishing always look like it was designed by a lao lian with falsies in her motherhood era
I see only 1 room. How they say its 2 room flat😂HDB can't differentiate room and living hall.The biggest scam.
