haha, short lease is it. 5yr mop sell, sure enough to get another bto, bigger and quiet location. Can explore new hdb type, community care apartments with elder care facilities but I think that's expensive.

2 rooms BTO is for maximum 2 persons more than that no logic , if you have kid/s , if 1 kid 3 rooms and 2 kids 4 rooms I don't understand why 2 rooms stays by more than two person , where are you going to put your kids miscalculation or don't understand of their privacy this 21 century not 20 century 😅😂🤣😝😛😋😜🤪 I can see that the parents have no feeling regarding their child privacy some have more people sleeping like sardines or chunked tuna 😅😂🤣😝😛😋😜🤪
