[HD] Railfanning Dallas Union Station: TRE F40PH, FXE SD70ACe, DGNO Local and More! (10/16-10/17/23)

A trip to Dallas, TX for work training gave me the opportunity to finally enjoy some railfanning outside of California again! With my training taking up most of the day, I was only able to check out Union Station in Downtown Dallas a couple evenings. However, the train action was definitely satisfactory for the short time I was there.
Highlights include one of Trinity Railway Express's "new" ex-Amtrak F40PHs, a BNSF trackage rights train with an awesome set of power leading (Heritage I Dash 9 on the point followed by an SD40-2 and a Ferromex SD70ACe), a surprise Dallas Garland & Northeastern Railway (DGNO) local freight, and several UP freights including a cement train!

You're welcome! Hope to visit again soon for an actual railfan trip. This visit was a business trip for work training, hence why my videos are late afternoon/early evening/night shots.
It’s interesting that F40PH number 130 had her red marker lights on both front and back

Yeah. Certainly made for a fun catch though. So glad I caught at least one of the F40PHs during my brief visits to the tracks. But I do plan to return soon hopefully for an actual railfan adventure all over the DFW area.
