Use your pointer finger to turn the coin after you lift the coin with your thumb.-It worked for me and was way easier.

@@daniloverschoor7578 muscle memory. Your hands get cramped up early on but just focus on tightening the three fingers while relaxing the thumb. Once you get the concept you’ll realize the trick itself is quite easy

yea this was my issue too. i've found that wedging the chips in the creases of the first knuckle, and then slightly curling your ring finger helps keep it tight
Thank you! I am starting to get the hang of it after an hour or so!
hey i just wanted to let you know your tutorial was THE BEST and it really helped me learn the trick in a very short time. Thanks again for the video!
Thanks so much. This video was the only one that helped me!
awesome ! from all the other videos on youtube i actually learned nothing until i reached this one thanks.
That's so cool! I'll try this at work today.
lol "yeah yeah, so you did it once slowly, so what" 1:35 BAM BAM BAM O.O
Thank you very much. I can watch this all day
I have a tuff time keeping control of the other chips in my hand . Any tips?

You dont really need your middle finger, Put pressure on your index and ring finger

Awesome tutorial. Thank you so much.
Focus on gripping the back ones while keeping the one to be flipped loose

Thankyou, very helpful
if you are still having trouble make sure that you are using the middle of your thumb and not the tip. if you use the tip of your thumb it is harder to control the other chips on the pull down.

How do you do it continuously? They end up going too far up my fingers after the 3rd flick
i did it twice after 10 mins lol. it's all about the thumb flip. you need do it from the bottom for the slide. make sure you squeeze tight so they don't fall and don't forget to guide it with index finger. Practice makes it perfect.
One thing he doesnt mentioned that i just learned from ytial and error is having my index finver and middle finger wide to kind of cradle the chips better
Great video.
Vintage KZread. Miss these days.
Nice vid!
me do with 3 coin please mind my english
Is this more difficult with newer chips? My chips seem to be sticking together?
@guscavin3011

Some chips have bumps on them along the edges, some designs have the heads of a die marked on the checker pattern on the outside. Little details like that add texture to the chips that occasionally catches other chips. Older chips might not have that design, or the details might have eroded away from fidgeting and tricks just like this.
dont say mr . " le chiffre " it was horrible loool. nice trick and video bro thx i can finaly do it
Is it harder to do with clay chips or metal. I wanna do with whatever is harder. So I can perfect it.
@TheBlueSanta
5 жыл бұрын
Metal is the hardest I guess. Keeping control of the object chip as well as the rest of the chips is hard
i think you need pretty much good quality chips those chips that you can get for realy cheap ones there you cant have grip on
Great explanation.
Managed it first time after watching this, sweet tutorial
Your amazing
Can I do it with coins too?
Subscriber 101 oh tight
after flipping all four i'm taking a pause and pushing the chips to the tip of the fingers and restarting again. that pause doesn't look so good.. any idea to do it continuously?
@guscavin3011
2 жыл бұрын
I think that it inherently can't be truly continuous. Flicking the front chip just move it to the back, and the now front chip never gets moved forwards. Maybe after you push the chip down you could very slightly loosen your grip and push forwards with your thumb a bit. But if it can't be continuous, I'd just try making it look more casual, like shaking your hands down a bit to move the chips forwards.
At first I had trouble just flipping the chip. Found that my grip was wrong. Now I can do it twice in a row without the stack moving after about 5 minutes of practice. Thanks for the video. Time to practice some more and hopefully intimidate my friends a few poker nights from now (or at least distract them).

The grip really depends on the size of the chips
I can't get the remaining chips to simply not just fall over into my hand. Is it gravity or grip that prevents this? Edit: Yeah no matter what I do the chips just simply fall over. I don't get how that's not happening for you.
ive been doing this for about 2 hrs watching videos..
Nice video
haha phil at the end :D
So I can do the first second and third chips inconsistently. By the end the stack is loose and falls over. I also don’t think I’m pushing down hard enough to get A: a decent sound and B: the chips locked back together. When I do try to push it down the way he does it messes with the stack and they have to be reset. If I roll it and let it fall I can do 2 or even 3 in a row but then it’s unstable..
@redbeardofsteel8963

Also if my grip is tight enough to keep it stable the flip chip has a chance to fall or it doesn’t connect to the back
Date?
i found it A LOT easier if you use your pinky too
Wow that was easy thanks
Thanks

Atacan Demir Cheap Cardinal "faux clay" plastic ships. These chips suck.....really badly. If you want to get quality chips, then get the REAL clay chips from Bicycle. The chip itself is made out of actual clay with porcelain faces pressed in. Check them out: www.shopbicyclecards.com/Premium-8Gram-Clay-Poker-Chips-with-Tray-100ct-P162C53.aspx

wally19 weighted chips are a lot easier. I bought a sample set at pokerchiplounge.com and do these kinds of tricks while playing wsop.
I was not able to do it with chips, but with coins.
Practiced for an hour already and cant do it but I have a few questions: Do you hold the chips with a firm grip or relaxed grip? How does your thumb get enough grip to push the front chip up? My thumbs just slides up the chip because of the smooth surface. Do you need clammy hands/fingers for this to work?

Push the chip up using youre other finger
I find if your hands get to sweaty then the chips tend to fall out your hands
I cannot do it, the chips is simply not lifting at all.
im having some joint pain
I can do about 3 and then the fall
Really easy
I'm having cramp in my hand now. but I love it.
um, reverse thumb flick is easier :o
tip-- start with 3 rather than 4... so much easier
I think I have abnormally small thumbs or something cuz I can't do any of these tricks to save my life and ive looked at several different videos and been trying fo weeks and yall have some long ass fingers.
This is why mads got to play le chiffre
