Watching this after MCC Pride 24, turns out Aussie ping works well with Dodgebolt as well. Antfrost was saying Pearl was so laggy for him that he couldn't shoot her.

Then you watch her try to play Ace Race and the pads just don't work at all... yeah it evens out

I will say that Pearl has almost no advantage in any MCC game. Shes an absolutely amazing player but her ping is a huge pain. In HITW it’s not always an advantage and in Ace Race it’s so much harder for her then others (MCC 24 Ace Race for example). Along with PvP games it seems like someone’s right in front of her when she lagged and they’re actually behind her. and also, Pearl has been playing for nearly THREE YEARS and still has no win (played in more MCCs then Ranboo). again, she’s an absolutely AMAZING player but it’s her ping and she can’t use a VPN unless she doesn’t want to stream so please please PLEASE don’t blame Pearl she’s one of the nicest people out there :)

Exactly. I'm a fan of Hermitcraft, but the community is insanely entitled and biased towards the Hermits because they're "actually good creators 🤓" and treat them much better than they do other creators, mainly the ones in DSMP even though they're all chill with each other.

@@SkSkNutella Are you just trying to get an argument out of this or...? I don't see what the point was of writing an entire paragraph that talked about nothing relating to what the initial comment was. They weren't blaming Pearl at all they were just pointing out the double-standard. Also, I like Pearl too, but she's definitely not an "amazing" player. You guys need to stop overrating the skills of KZreadrs you like.

@@ShadowRLX Feel free to correct me, but I think that people (not many to be fair, it was just a few people) got mad at Hbomb compared to Pearl was that Hbomb’s lag didn’t negatively impact him in any of the other games in MCC 14. He lagged through walls, but didn’t really experience any of the bad things that come with high ping. On the other end, though it helps in Hole in the Wall, it screws Pearl over often in a bunch of other games, which it did in MCC 18. In PvP, she’s at a disadvantage, and in Ace Race she literally loses half a second on every single jump pad in the course, which means even if she had a perfect run on the map, she could still lose purely because of ping. To be clear, I’m not hating on Hbomb here, I just wanted to lay out some reasonings as to why they are somewhat different.
