Fun thing: not just that, instead of the usual "what the hell", so common to English speakers, he often says "mas que diabo?" Which freely translates to "what the devil?" Almost nobody says this here it's been several decades, an outdated slang they brought back for one helluva pun 😂😂😂😂

I’ve noticed that too. My guess is because Canadian French is more integrated with English so many English jokes would still translate even though the words are in French. Like when Alastor cusses at Lucifer Canada kept the English cuss word where France had a different word. Can’t speak French do I don’t know what he says but it was probably rude.

What amuses me as a Portuguese speaker is that it's common to "fall from the sky" when something very good comes out of nowhere, which fits with Lucifer's lore and the idea of ​​him arriving out of nowhere offering help for Charlie's dream even though he's so little present. They're all so good! I especially love German Lucifer, Latin Spanish Alastor, Hindi Alastor, and both of their Turkish voices!

German Lucifer is great! Portuguese too. Portuguese and Thai Mimzy are best IMO. Hindi version continues to surprise me! Turkish is consistently MVP. All of them are pretty great though.

Turkish VAs always made good transitions and dubs on old Animations and their songs too (like Disney), I recommend Spirit stallion of the cimarron (Özgür Ruh 2002), Lion King (Aslan Kral 1994), Brother Bear (Ayı Kardeş 2003) for u to watch or at least listen the songs of them in Turkish (as a Türk :D)

19:12 I didn't like the japanese version that much but this part is my favorite from all of them. Alastor trying to keep the music and tone going but eventually just straight up shouting back at Lucifer was perfect XD
