wanderer I honestly don’t know but I think she wanted to move forward with her career in acting. She had been on that show since 2012 ❣️ That’s a longgg time acting on two shows! She’s a queen and I’m not against her decision on leaving because of how much respect I have for her but at the same time I still wish she could’ve stayed on the show and continue being a mother for Hope Mikaelson💓✨ But it was her choice and she chose to move on with her acting career but we all still Stan her as Hayley Marshall 💓😘 our queen

Alot of people say that Elena was the most broken character. But Hayley got turned into a hybrid, lost her child for a long time. Didn't get a happily ever after. Was an amazing mum and was the most brave character. Elena was just whiny and always needed protecing. However after all Hayley went through, she was able to keep her child safe.

Not to mention she saw the good in Klaus and fought and at Times protected him and not just because he was her daughters father, she understood him loved that just hated she was manipulated by Jackson even though he was a good guy he did manipulate and use her at least that’s how I saw him

I got a vibe from him and the whole way he was about being with Haley even from the time he was watching her in the woods, like he thought of being with her as a job or mission that he could not fail as king..

He didn't deserve to die and everything he did was to protect and love Hayley as well as their pack, which was just as important to her as it was to him. They had the same intentions, goals, desires and had a pure and honest relationship and marriage.

Tereas Downes that’s others opinion. I really liked her character and how it ended because it showed that no every series ends happy. She was a complex character and her acting was good seeing as she started in a kids show a few years pervious. Not everyone’s opinion is the same

Many people say she was never a true Mickelson but they often forget that she fought for them..only when she thought that her daughter can be harmed..she ran away..any mother should do that.

I really don't understand why people hate her. Yes, she has made bad choices, but you can't say that she wasn't a fantastic mother to Hope.
