❤ great. tom toms reflexes look quite fast and exact on the ball catching exercise, and i would expect nothing less of a golden gloves boxer :) lakey, your surfing looks great. those big turns and sweeping carves look excellent, and its nice to see you really utilizing the entirety of the waves, especially of that size. that big cutback into the whitewater at sunset was cool. and showed some aggressiveness. one thing is that it seemed like you were not bending your knees as much on your turns (maybe its only me and my impression) and i was wondering if your back or knees are experiencing some sort of pain. it is not 'problematic' in regards to your wave riding maneuvers obviously, and maybe its actually a deliberate or beneficial technique, i dont know, but if you want to gauge even harder and really release your power, then i would say you could probably squat a little more and really push hard out of or through those turns. also, a more squatted stance might help with lower gravity center. but, if you are in pain, then i applaud you even more for surfing as you are, and i hope your physical condition is as well and pain free as possible, and encourage you to be fierce and aggressive and yet continue to be smart and self preserving and really pace things for the long run so you can continue to get to thoroughly enjoy professional surfing for as long as you wish and without unnecessary suffering :) meanwhile, i have not been able to even suit up and paddle around because of what i suspect was a covid related autoimmune response joint reaction in knees and shoulders (shoulder most impacted) that ive only experienced during previous covid, but that is lasting longer this time and remitted / returned without cause, and thus aside from interrupted / effected regular physiotherapy, has me being extra cautious to not try anything strenuous until beyond fully recovered. i am thus happy i have music / art / fashion to enjoy regardless :) anyway, i am outtie. be good, and have fun :)
