Definitely recommend subscribing to the site for parking and other details. Amazing that Waikiki is still the best in the world for learning to surf, 50 years later. Probably because once you catch a wave you literally have hundreds of yards to ride it.

Visited many of the beaches mentioned except the one on Lanai (on my bucket list). My all time favorite beach is Keawakapu Beach. Many wonderful memories there with my keikis who are now young adults. Coming back in May with them! Mahalo for all your wonderful videos!

My family are here in Ko olina staying at the resorts thanks to your vidoe blogs. You've been a very big help. Our kids swam with the turtles today at Paradise Cove and had a blast. Big thanks and our 6yr old daughter is a big fan of yours, so hopefully we'll run into you all before we leave in a few days to say hello and thanks on person.

Was Recently there after getting some suggestions from your channel. Have been to 4 out of those 10 beaches. Hamoa, punalu’u black sand beach, Hapuna beach and Kapalua bay beach. Amazing places.

Have you been to Poka'i Bay on the Leeward side of Oahu? I saw it once on the HGTV show Hawaii Life, and it seemed like a pretty good beach, but it does not get a lot of love on KZread. Just wondering what your thoughts were. Is it worth the drive?

It’s on the Waianae Coast which isn’t a popular place for visitors. The local residents enjoy their quiet part of the island.

so to my understanding Airbnbs will not be allow for 1 o 2 week vacationers in the area of Waikiki? Ir does it apply to the whole island of Ohahu? On Bill 41?

The proposal is rental must be a minimum of 90 days in non resort areas, up from 30 days. Waikiki is a resort area so short term rentals still allowed. No change.
