There's a wild binturong live around my house. It often shows itself at night. I live in west Java, Indonesia.

They are just adorable I had heard of them but not seen them. How rare for a wild animal to smell so sweet like buttered popcorn no less. Thanks Bindi and Chandler being an Animal lover still learn so much all the time from these videos and you guys and your family and the staff and at 57 just love it. Loved meeting these two adorable creatures on a recent visit. I highly recommend the experience as they are a pair of gorgeous animals with great personalities. Learned so much from the guides while feeding them. Would definitely do this experience again.

Screw cologne and perfume. Butter and popcorn is a better scented combo.

It's rare to see these animals in the jungle's of the Philippines being endangered as they are. I know they are still some out there, especially in the South and West of PH like Palawan.

Another interesting bit about these ridiculous creatures is their pads. very cold and rubbery feeling, but also incredibly soft. The young ones LOVE enrichment they can chew on - like piece of leather belt, or drawstrings on a coat. Ask me how i know :D

I love binturongs? They're one of my favorite animals because they have glands that smell like buttered popcorn! Kinda of like Zoboomafoo's friend, Popcorn, & that tuliza-obsessed Mama Binturong! Say, the Australia Zoo should breed civets very soon!🍿
