Have you been looking for a special recipe for a long time.? Then this recipe is for you😋
110ml warm milk
5g white sugar
1.5g active dry yeast
Mix and wait for 5 minutes
150g All-purpose or bread flour
1.5g salt
Mix well
15ml olive oil
Knead the dough well
Cover and rise until double size
500ml water
140g potatoes
Cut the potatoes into smaller pieces
Place the potatoes into the pot
Cook for 15 minutes on medium heat
Scoop out the cooked potatoes
Mash the potatoes
Add some salt
Black pepper
Paprika
Mix well
15ml melted unsalted butter
Mix well
30g mozzarella cheese
Mix well
Set aside for later uses
After about 1.5 hours
Deflate the air bubbles
Move the dough to a kneading board
Shape the dough
Cut the dough in the center like this
Cut and divide the dough into 6 parts
Take a piece of dough
Shape the dough like this
Repeat
Cover and rest for 10 minutes
Divide the mashed potatoes into 6 parts
Shape each piece into a ball
After 10 minutes
Take a piece of dough
Flatten the dough with a rolling pin
The diameter is about 10 cm
Place the potato ball in the center of the dough
Wrap up the mashed potato inside the dough
Place in a baking pan
You can also wrap it up like this
Spray some water on top
30g parmesan cheese
Take a piece of dough and dip it in the parmesan cheese
Repeat with the rest of the dough
Cover and rise until double size
Bake for 20-25 minutes
For frying
Repeat the same steps as before to wrap it up
Flatten the dough with a rolling pin (with the potato inside)
The diameter is about 10cm
Cover and rise for 30 minutes
Medium-low heat
Add olive oil or another oil to the pan
Brush the oil in the pan
Place it into the pan
Fry for 3 minutes
Flip over and fry for another 2 minutes
Continue to fry and flip until both sides are golden brown
Done!
After frying
The outside is crispy!
It's super delicious!
After baking
Place on a rack to cool
This recipe can be baked and fried!
