@@georgielancaster1356 Yes, but as best as I can tell, it was only for a night. They were worried about the appearance of having him do the news as well. The BBC should give up trying to please the Tories; they are won't be happy until the BBC owned by Rupert Murdoch.

They are for reading things that are close up. The teleprompter is not close up and prob. has larger letters.
