I would always scream at the TV when the opening showed Ireland as part of Brexit. I'm amazed they could hear my shouts of "we're not going with them!" and changed the graphics

I have to say this channel helps keep me sane . I live in America and we just don't have good shows like this anymore in my opinion that aren't on premium channels . *Also , I'm no expert in the geopolitical arena but if you're having to hide yourself away from your own advisors for what looks like fear for your own safety maybe it's time to look into retirement ....

It’s a scripted show it better be about 95% scripted. The performers have to present it well. They did.

@@yrebrac not certain what you think your talking about. It’s well known that it is scripted and on an auto cue for the host. That’s why they were concerned after losing Angus, the original host. Then they figured out other folks could do it easily enough. What is your point?

I would have left the dogfood joke in.

The hilarious part of that letter is that the Yorkshire accent is closer to what Shakespeare actually spoke then the affected official Shakespearian accent which was more Victorian in origin.

David Cameron was in Poland and yet he found the handcuffs in Eindhoven (The Netherlands.) So.. he had to travel slowly through Europe to finally reach Poland, I assume?

I can't keep up with all the releases of things. I saw this was only 1 hour old, thought, "Well I can't have seen this..." but I saw the short version. I recognised the host straight away, though I didn't know of him, pre this episode. I gather he is a news reader. Just hanging on for the extras. Bit disappointing, but I enjoyed 2/3 of this, last time I watched.

25m42s - I totally get off on Pauls accents and impersonations - I could listen to a whole show of just them eg. his Prince Charles and his Borris are brilliant and hilarious.

Aww I feel bad for Will and Kate - they were good sports and did a good job on their tour. The protests weren’t big at all and they were generally well received by the people (apart from some calculating politicians), but all the media can focus on is negativity 🙄 but I still loved this episode, so thank you!!

I try not to skip the ads, ‘cause i want channels to be rewarded for their work, however stingily. By trying to force-feed me The Northman, YT aren’t convincing me to see the movie - they’re _forcing_ me to skip the ad, _robbing_ channels of those sweet, sweet penny-fractions.

@@andersbjansson1688 While i’ve no doubt that YT get paid _no matter what, by god_ , it’s my understanding that the channel only gets their pittance if i play at least 30 seconds of the ad. I got that from a youtuber who confessed that he didn’t fully understand the various parameters himself.

Is it just my imagination or is the "little bit more" a euphemism for all the anti-establishment bits removed before the prime time version is aired.

Shame On You is right up there with Let's Go Brandon.
