As I get closer to the "End Times" I listen to this and know that when the time does come I shall see all my comrades I lost in Vietnam. I sometimes can see their faces, hear their voices, and remember so many beautiful times I had with them...the births of their children, their marriages, their laughter and the many joys we shared together. I also remember the days they died, their last breaths, their goodbyes, and the fact that I knew then I'd never see them again. But, if there is a heaven I know we shall be together once again...preparing a place for those loved ones who will someday join us. Yes, this music brings all these wonderful feelings to me...clear and so beautiful.

nancy Mcdonald.....with all due respect to you and your beliefs, I do not believe that there is heaven and hell. I am not an atheist, but my brains for the past seventy plus years keeps telling me that no such place exists. This earth is a unique place and no one has the answers to its beginning or the end.

It is a pleasure for an Argentinean to hear a piece by the Grand Master Piazzolla, of which I am a fan, being so beautifully executed by such an artist.

This is the most beautiful cello piece I have ever heard. Chills Edit: My younger brother, who sent me this song, ended up tragically passing away recently at 24. I'll think of him every time I hear this beautiful track and wish I could listen to it with him one more time. Miss you bro, hope I'll get to see you again someday, in another life.

I'm so sorry to hear that. I just lost my beloved dad who was a great musician and I think of him every time I play the piano, often I play Oblivion. It's OK to cry and remember the wonderful times we enjoyed before our loved ones left us. Love and best wishes from Sydney - Dave

I commented 7 years ago on how much I love this piece. Now 7 years later, I am still in awe. This time with tears on how beautiful this piece is…

We already know that Piazzolla was a genius, and this piece is one of his jewels. But the most impressive thing about this video is Hauser's incredible performance. Just out of this world!

The music of Astor Piazzolla can come as a revelation. It did to me. It was love at first hearing. Like you, his music touched a part of me I didn't know existed. The album was "Tango Zero Hour".

I first heard this melody in a song sung by Swedish singer Sissel and I found the music to be so enchanting. Then about 10 years ago I watched a program about tangos and discovered the composer was Astot Piazzolla. Now I have heard Stephan Hauser's rendition and am so pleased to be able to listen to this wonderful piece again. Thank you Stephan and Astor.

Yeah, it's great to look at isn't it? Try Steven Sharp Nelson (Arwen's Vigil or Moonlight) too, he's one of the Piano Guys, but his cello performances are so beautiful and I love watching him play because he has a lot of passion, you feel his emotions. Also, I like to do a lot of staring whenever I go to an orchestra concert, and study every inch of their body language. Some sways and have passionate emotions on their faces, that one I will keep an eye on most of the time. Now I know why my eyes are so exhausted after every orchestra concerts HAHAHHA. They really hurt!!

John Dickinson : Hauser is simple... he don’t put on airs.. He is generous... helps and encourages young people who want to learn from him... smiles to the partner who sings while he is playing just to encourage him and reassure him that he’s doing well... John, Hauser is a good person and humble in spite of the fact that he is insuperable as cellist!!!

Whenever i feel sad or anxious i come here and listen to this masterpiece, and seeing Hauser play with so much passion makes me feel so much better and greatful for some reason

How harad it is to push páinful sights and memories from our mind's imagination. Likely, Remaque would have desired to be spared that pain of remembrance, a weight that burdens the soul and oppresses the person.

Сама музыкант, и была равнодушна к звукам виолончели, отводила ей только место в оркестре.... И тут, ища примеры для лекции о струнной группе, напала в инете.... Крышу снесло..... Напрочь.....

Я бы никогда не поверила сама себе,что в 65 лет увлекаюсь виолончелью.Но Степан делает чудеса со звуком,который проникает в каждую клетку.И плачу,и радуюсь,и лечу,благодарю Господа,что дал мне такое счастье слушать такую музыку.!!!!

Нет предела совершенству.! Слушаю и поражаюсь как так можно тронуть душу ?БРАВО БРАВО БРАВО!!

+Tango Amigo I think that is not for sale...yet. 2Cellos released 3 albums but they not include much of their classical music. I hope they release a classical album soon!
