See them live like I did two weeks ago at 48 years of age, with a proper live mix and then form an opinion.

I saw them maybe 3 or 4 years ago.. there was a small fire at the venue it was supposed to be played at so the show was moved to a bar down the street that was in the middle of going out of business. The band rocked the fuck out with an emotional set, maybe not sounding exact of the album but a piece of art in itself, recreated for that specific situation. That small attic bar with large windows behind them letting in the sunset reflecting off of the tall buildings and Brooklyn passing trains. People don't get art man. Fuck em.

Nah dude, he just probly cant do it anymore. All those years of screaming wrecked his vocal chords. I prefer the new direction they are taking. David was good before, now hes my favorite drummer....and ive played for 25 years. Keep them together.

imagine being backwards enough to call Wait For Love bland because it doesn't sound like their old albums. like if you want touche amore go listen to touche amore, but don't pretend Pianos is bad just because Kyle doesn't sound like he's throatfucking a cheese grater anymore

I didn't call Wait For Love bland, I called his vocals bland. It's one of my favourite albums this year but his singing was very unadventurous - and clearly he's struggling to even perform those songs live. This band could be so much more

its tough cause i really dont mind his singing from the last two albums, but some songs REALLY need that screaming, and youre right, it just drains the songs, lol it sucks
