Aaaaaah Arkangel ! EU HxC legend with Kickback in my opinion... Also, the bass player and guitar player on the left side play in another band called Hangman's Chair. if you like Sludge/Stoner Metal this one is one of the best in this moment :)

I was lucky enough to date a members sister in 98 so I got to see first hand the feeling when a band is on the verge if " breaking through " Hatebreed also had a great crossover. Internal bleeding and shadows fall was the opposite, had hardcore kids at metal shows. I'm def a gatekeeping jerkoff tho. I like raw fast hc punk, anything else I call metal just to be a dick on the internet . I'll throw yoy some names you might like Day of Mourning ( Canada) Ascension ( clevo ) Morser Dahmer Assuck ( Westcoast grind ) Discordance axis New band called Contention from Florida Indecision aren't that metal but my favorite hc punk

@@ProdYaMom they only do like 3 - 4 show a year. I've only seen them 2 or 3 times over the last 15 years, and i'd say i go to a lot of hardcore shosws here in Belgium.

I saw them live during 2004-2005 in Brussels when I was visiting. Fucking legends ! I also remember there was this sick band from Mons, Do or Die.

mark rowlands I think story is pretty simple, Arkangel sellout and broke veg/edge and a lot of people was very angry. But I’m still love early Arkangel albums.

In a nutshell, that's why Arkangel gets a lot of hate. They also still play their vegan straight edge songs while none in the band is SXE or vegan anymore (or at least the original members still in it). But yes, I fully understand your point of view. Nonetheless, the band has a lot of great albums musical-wise.
