Re-inserting key with egg upside down didn't work, as it just turn w/o gripping anything, so with egg right side up and re-inserting key, gripping inside and gently turning actived hatchimal 😄 thank you!!

it's true I got one on black Friday because my parents and I were going crazy for one then on black Friday they had some I got it then only played with it until it hatched

if you made a video with half decent audio quality you might get more views and more responses. i don't understand why people post videos where you can barely hear what they are saying. i am watching this on a computer, not a phone, and my volume is fine, but your audio is NOT.
