Hi! Once the egg has cracked and opened, the hatchimal is still connected to the bottom and has plastic wrap around her, will she break through that as well? Should we take the plastic wrap off? Will the base come off by itself?

What if your hatchimal never comes out of its egg it just sleeps even tho you give it attention or it needs more batteries but its still in the egg and its not ready to hatch?

Your Hatchimal support line isn't working... I go through the prompts and get disconnected! My son's Hatchimal hatched yesterday, and it appeared fine.... he put it down to play with something else and when he tried to play with it again a little while later it was completely unresponsive. I have changed the batteries 3 times, hit the resent button, and tried turning it on no off. Nothing! HELP!!

Hello my name is Elisia and I just wanted to point out that my hatchaimal pecked really hard then stopped and after that it did the rainbow eyes and fell asleep and did not stop so finally I just had to hatch it my self.

I have a draggle and a hatchimal that i got but haVent hatched it and i foreget what type

We bought 2, one hatched fine. The other does everything the same but wont hatch. The eyes light up and you get music and rainbow eyes but it just makes a whining sound like its trying to move but cant. We worked with it all day yesterday. Reset the key several times etc. And still the same result, no hatching. Now it just goes right to sleep. Keep getting disconnected kn the phone. Sent an email Saturday. What do i do now?

I just figured out an idea when the hatchable was hatching I save the shell so it could be his little bed or should I say nest that was actually a pretty good idea and every time he falls asleep I put him in his little she'll

My daughter has 9 hatchimals, she has: the pink and white penguala, the green and yellow draggle, the purple and pink penguala glittering garden, the purple and yellow draggle glittering garden, the sky blue and pink glittering garden, the pink and purple giraven twins and the blue and purple peacat twins

when ever u rub a hatchimal's head it's eyes turn purple and it says I love you. if u have a draguls he's gonna laugh and his eyes turn red and he gives out😊. it's cute the way their different, I love my hatchimal!

CocoLoco it may look purple, but it's actually pink. Its tummy will growl if it is hungry.

My sister got 2 little hatchimals! I'm an uncle!!

I have a hat hi all 2 days ago I was playing with it then it just stopped then I changed the battery's but still nothing I don't know what to do I bought a new one still what do I do?

My Owlicorn did not hatch. The bottom half of her egg fall off and the top ripped off as the egg is soft so it can peck through it. I caught her but sadly she did not work. I had to call spin master for a replacement one. I did not get another owlicorn I got the Pegula one instead. You cant pic the replacement sadly as they are limited to what they had at the time. But Spin Master was kind and acted fast so I give them a thumbs up on customer service. This happen like right when they came out so I don't think they could replace it that fast right now. My poor owlicorn is at least pretty to look at even if she does not work right,

Iono why it such a loss as you say. I collect toys so she is display only. Mostly just posted so if something should happen to a Hatchimal Spin master did a good job of helping me. I hope they help other with any hatching issue as well. Glad to hear your getting so many. That is very Lucky considering how hard they are to find. Enjoy hatching them.

Sorry to hear that! If your Hatchimal is freezing it’s because it needs sleep. To do this, hold the toy upside down for 8 seconds. Then, flip it back over and set it on a flat surface for 3 more seconds. You should also try adding fresh batteries to the to the toy. Don’t worry, taking out its existing batteries and replacing them with new batteries will not reset it back to factory settings.

How do you exit games?

We had to of them and had 4 of them

Our hatchimals hatched just fine. However, one of them is not able to talk. When my daughter talks to it it responds with static. What do we do?Please help!!! I have been on hold for multiple calls, multiple minutes and always get disconnected.

Is there a way for hatchimals to go back to baby level again?
