You are the edgelord here. Being a contrarian only works if you’re smart for it. I understand art is subjective, but Hatari genuinely have degrees in their professions. Even if you don’t ‘get’ their art, it is extremely well-constructed down to the last details. Their visual, thematic and sonic identity, as well as their music, far exceeds any Eurovision act. Comparing them to teens? What an awful take for the sake of being a contrarian take. Spare your marketability tips because they don’t want to be marketable. There is no way a big label would allow its artists to get as political as they do. If you don’t like screamo, listen to songs you like and mind your business. Just because their craft flew right over your head doesn’t mean that was the case for everyone. Friendly reminder that they received more public votes than many fan favorites.

@@lexastern6824 Hatari won't "learn" from maneskin, they are a different band with different genre of music and different message to deliver by the lyrics obviously. Do you expect them to be another Maneskin? lol Edginess which you were talking about is not actually "edginess". Just look through their lyrics and think what is this about. Anyway, Maneskin is terrible, there are lots of better newer rock-ish bands
