Inspiring. All those hats fit your style. I have recently bought a Stetson Bozeman. I’m still getting use to a larger brim hat but I always stand out and I love how I look When I have it on. This video has motivated me To stick with it. Thanks man.

You just have to wear that hat, not let the hat wear you. There are certain styles that don’t work for me so I avoid them. Everything else I put it on my head and own that style. Keep at it!

Hi Jed, nice hat collection, we are about the same amount in our collections and also the same size 59. My every day hat is a vintage Stetson Gun Club from the 1940's in a mid brown with tan leather and brass bead band. I am also a fan of the flat tops, many other styles that I have in my stash.

If you think a 7-3/8 is hard to find, try finding 7-7/8! Most of the time I'm picking up the 7-3/4 and steaming and stretching. I'm a hat junkie myself!

An old man, friend of mine, gave me a sweat stained cement colored resistol hat. I reshaped it to look like calvary pinch and flat brim. Looks great.

Awesome hat collection Jed! Its great some come with a story. All 4 of my hats are off the shelf except for one. I broke down and bought one from David at D bar J hat company. Not sure if you had the pleasure of seeing his work. A custom fitted has is oh so nice! Its also nice that D bar J keeps your head shape and size on file for future purchases.

WOW Jed that is more than a collection, I'm just not sure what :-) I have two in my collection, one for sun and one for rain, both off the rack. You also need to do something for the wardrobe like this video.

Great collection you have. I have a lot of hats myself. So far none are custom made, but I’m wanting a hat made by Lil Grizz though.

There are a lot of nice off-the-rack hats. One thing I like about a custom hat is each hatter, the really good ones, put their own unique flair/touches on a hat and it’s usually subtle but it gives it a special feel. ~Jed 🤠

love the hat collection . ive been looking for a hatter in my area, I have few hats I cant part from. I would like to get repaired. i grew up with a grandfather only wore a felt hats ( Fedoras ). thats a real nice collections

Seems like a lot of the vintage hats that are available are small like 7 or 6 3/4. I'm the same size as you.

Excellent collection and video Jed! I need to invest in a good hat, have not decided on a “style” that fits, any recommendations? 7 3/8 here too...

Well... style is such a personal thing, especially when it comes to a hat. You’ve got to feel really comfortable and confident in a hat for it to work on you. I’d say just try some different styles and see what feels best for you (and, I know that isn’t easy during current times where everything is closed up... but, once things get back to normal find a shop and try some other styles).
