the MP-40 is accurate to the movie, he only uses it for the one scene when he's rescuing his dad from the castle. I found the hat articulation to be a neat touch. and if you compare his whip to other releases, this one is shorter.

I would've loved these so much growing up with the movies. Summer 89 was the best lineup of movies. My family pretty watched every movie in the theater that summer. But I guess the fans have aged out because all these Indy figures are on clearance at the Targets by me.

The head handle is...interesting. Lol

Really don't understand the criticism of this figure. Of all the indy iterations, this is by far the most accurate face, and the tie looks awesome. If I only had to get one indy figure, this would be it, especially considering raiders indy is crazy expensive!

Great review as always, but I disagree about the head sculpt; to me the Last Crusade head has a much better likeness than the first Indy figures from the series.

The pistol that comes with Indy is inaccurate to the pistol he uses in the movie. He uses the Webley Mark 6 revolver

Great figure except for the “bald spot” on Indiana’s head and the bad idea of having a hook on top of his head to keep the fedora in place. Hasbro should have simply made the hat slightly larger so it would fit on the figure’s noggin better and that way also allowing you to place it whatever position you wanted (without having to give it a bald spot or hook). The figure itself is pretty cool though and the only gripes are the tiny pistol they keep giving Indiana and now the whip is also too small. Overall though pretty neat figure.
