This was played on the previous patch, artillery has since been buffed more I believe. Maybe too much? What do you think?

I think its better than SD2 because in sd the corrected shot are litteraly laser guided shell. Also its good that the corrected only affect high caliber and not mortars because it would be OP considering how the shooting angle is currently, it would be the same as the vasilek in the first week when they were introduce x)

tbh. artillery was always just a balancing issue in 10v10 for me in wargame. it can be as strong as it wants to be as long as there is some balance about that. also, i do miss something like foxhole digging for infantry. So as long artillery does not become the only endgame, I am fine with anything. For me too early to tell.

it's OP on 10v10 and pretty much anything over 3v3. IMO this is because of supply. They could really fix it if they introduced "ammo carrier truck" supply and say "motorized support truck" and adjusted their supplies. Make it so people can't bring in tons of supply trucks soley for arty. Force them to pick and choose when and where to use their arty or just mindless spam it but run out faster. Also, I think they should make pact arty less accurate with slightly more ammo, nato more accurate slightly less and more effective counterbatt. This would reflect the doctrines and equipment/training better. engineers being able to construct trenches or dugouts/bunkers would be cool and useful too

With the recent update arty seems to be in a good place. They made arty hit harder but the reloading is was slower and there are less rounds fired in each salvo. Pair that with supply costs being doubled I've noticed arty spam not being an issue and if someone tries to play just spamming it they can only do so for a very short time because they are out of supply. Which also means whatever frontline units they have are not getting supplies either.
3:30 Man Imagine due to heavy air loses, you send your SEAD to deal with it, only to learn that instead of some advanced radar AA tech, it's just fucking Ivan with 20/20 vision eyeballing every dot in the sky and hitting it.

except the real-life version has GPS guided rockets with a CEP of less than 20m, unlike our warno rockets that have an uncoordinated spread..

Tbh I always used rockets, esp in red dragon. Funnel enemies towards one zone, unload, instant win

If you like the aesthetic of himars, I'd obviously recommend the m270 (it fires the same rockets as himars but it's tracked and carries twice the amount of rockets). However, it's very inaccurate and it's accuracy can't be buffed in any way. To achieve a similar role as himars, I'd recommend the 8th infantry using the m110a2 which can be buffed by recon units' corrected shot to be scarily accurate.
The ATGM that shall not be named is known as the Spigot in NATO terminology
Vulcon, if you don't mind me saying, since your watching replays it would be really nice if u could show us more close up views of the units so that we can be closer to the action. Now, all I see most times are little red and blue squares that occasionally blow up.
I remember seeing the Russian atgm spoken of a lot in red dragon chat but in a different context
You should spread your artillery out in the future so they don't have a single target to obliterate with counterbattery. Just bind it up to a hotkey (ctrl + a number of your choosing) to quickly select all of them.
need to add a FIST unit, they can use a Glid to laz targets
Considering that I have all the red dragon dlc, is this gane even worth looking at with its current limited factions? There really doesn't seem to be much difference graphically. Some new mechanics implemented from Steel Division but is it really worth it?

IV got like a hundred hours and I'd say yes it's alright And more content is clearly coming which is nice aswell as it becoming more frequent I'm really waiting for desert maps aswell as other terrain maps The European fields maps are nice but the palet is becoming stale Especially when it's meant to be a ww3 Sim They should definitely go to China and start adding units for them With mod support we will even see divisions from today with all the modern tech Aswell as custom maps

@ VulcanHDGaming I see u recently posted this game play video, I noticed after u launch u'r battle u are able to take control of u'r troops and redirect them to other locations; however I have the same game when I play solo mission against AI and set my troops up to go to there location then I lunch battle for some reason I'm not able to take control of my troops anymore, the only units i'm able to control are my jets by clicking on the box they set in bottom left corner, but I'm not allowed to click anywhere on the screen to control any other units; do u know of this known issue and are u able to help me fix it?

^ this, easily the best space rts for tactical depth we have ever seen so far. very early in development and alot of people already follow it closely
