So they give your details and it’s entered on to an intelligence database. This can be used to prove a history of intent in court to support any charge they may bring. Like an ASBO etc. Never give details

32:25 They want details so that they can let others know and then they will know that they've spoken with "this gentleman". Yeah. Right. So easy to see through the made up reason. It doesn't require ID to do that. It just needs him to ask inside if anyone has spoken to the man with the camera. And anyway it would require everyone in the building to have been informed because what's the chance that the sgt manages to find the few people who have spoken with you.

In the early 90s whilst, employed in HMF, posted to W. Belfast - we had [totalitairian] powers to Stop/Question and/or Search civilains, incl. known IRA terrorists [invariably the more the merrier, to gather intel(?)]. (Army intelligence=Oxymoron) When asking an individual, "Where are you going/ Where have you been/ etc...". Their [legal] reply was usually, "Up the road/down the road", respectively. **[although, by law, they did have to give, when asked, their name, address and DoB - the latter could be given as 'over 21' though ] My point for disclosing this information in a YT video is to say, that when asked 'Where you are going, etc..' is to give a similar equally vague descriptive answer to any overbearing authoritarian official. ** I do not condone this; moreso now that I am 'a free-thinking human being' and understand that 'the trained narrative' is/was flawed from the outset. ie. We were/are 'the good guys' and everyone else are/is 'the bad guys'.

8:12 So the guy has been standing there listening to everything you've said the guy at the desk. So he knows what you do. And why you're interested in the police. -Yet from the intro scene he seems to have gone into tyrant/bully mode and reverted to his training script and acts more like a robot than a human with social skills.- Correction: Got him mixed up with the sergeant.

31:08 An alternative to not giving your channel is to just mute the audio during editing when they ask then we won't know that you're giving the channel name away. But it depends on the other person and how friendly they are as to whether they've earned the respect to be given the name. So another alternative is to say that you'll let them know the channel when the conversation finishes and then you will have built up a full impression of them. Maybe even a card you can hand to them as they leave

Police are civilians that’s why Sir John Peel went to great trouble to ensure they were a civil force as the militias had a previous reputation for being overly violent and aggressive prior to the adoption of civilians in uniform unarmed and with limited powers. Not exactly as good as initially intended but not a martial force.

16:00 The sign mixes up two different points. First it says "private property". But everywhere in the UK is private property. There is no such thing as publicly owned property in the UK. Not even property owned by the council or state bodies or the government. That's because these organisations aren't owned by the public. The public only elect politicians to help run them. It just means property after the sign is owned by someone or something else than the land before the sign. If it's to stop people wandering on to it then a better wording would be "No unauthorised access past this point". Secondly it says "No public right of way". That's just a legally required notice to stop a highway or footpath from becoming a public right of way if there isn't a sign saying this and it's been used for 20 years. That implies that there is a footpath that the public can use. The notice just means that if the land is re-developed then the footpath can be moved or removed without having to have full public consultation and the local council giving permission.
