Also, it's just generally a good idea for things to be kept on record unless you're having a conversation with your lawyer and want those communications private. I see no reason a meeting between a complainant and a defense lawyer couldn't or shouldn't be recorded. Even if you're in one of the 12 states that requires two-party consent all they'd have to do is notify you that there's a microphone recording things said in the meeting and if they still agree to talk there then it's a done deal, they just consented.

She's not every 16 year old girl. She's a vehicle of propaganda to paint lawsuits against corporations in a bad light. It's like that McDonalds coffee lawsuot, where an old woman got severe burns in 3 seconds after spilling coffee on herself. Then, since coffee legally isn't supposed to be that hot, she sued to pay for her medical bills. Her lawyers were the oens asking for more than that.
