Harvey has septo-optic dysplasia, a condition that affects his hunger levels. But I think Katie should make a more conscious effort to keep his weight under control, and it's not poor Harvey's fault; many people with septo-optic dysplasia are a healthy weight, and I think Harvey needs the support of his mum and other family members for that.

Totally agree if this was back in the 1900's she would of put him in the circus freak show to earn cash buts it's happening now in 2024 so she has all the platforms to show him on to earn cash feel sorry for the lad if she wasn't nightclubbing every week when pregnant with him things may of turned out different
