Harvesting WILD RASPBERRIES in the mountains + making preserves / most delicious pastry recipe!!

Our wolf pack family is now over 200,000 strong! Thank you guys so much for following along and being a part of my journey. I'm so grateful to share my adventures with you.
Wild raspberries are one of nature's most beautiful gifts.. Making preserves and turning such a tiny little berry into such a joyous treat makes me so happy! You guys have to try this recipe or at least venture out and harvest some delicious berry morsels that are local to your area next season! Just make sure to identify them properly :)
I do not own any of this music.

@@TacticalGrover You got's to forgive Anthony , he doesn't realize people are still working out of their homes because corporate won't lead them back into an environment where when you talk to someone on the phone through the masks , people are saying , "huh what's that you say". Then having to do laundry, fry it up in the pan , feed the kids , & put them into bed! Pretty much makes a 16-hour day out of it. Just a couple more hours and you'd be right there with the farmers!

@@earlhollar1906 well I’m a trucker, 700 miles a day, 5 days a week… to make sure processed beef gets moved across this country…. Only thing that changed for me in the last year is that when people were locked in their homes the roads were WAY safer (that was also a huge blessing). I’m also a farmer, I run a 5000sq ft organic market garden. This doesn’t account for time caring of all the animals/kids. Basically 16-20 hrs a day. So when I get to see Miss Heidi doing well it’s hard not to be joyous for her, to take the moment in with a smile, and accept that it made my day better. What a world we’d exist in if more women had the perseverance and determination she exhibits continuously. I truly hope I do as good raising my daughter as her parents have done… the world needs more determinate women with solid morals. As for the troll, it would appear from his post history that he validates his existence by making snide comments around YT, surely a coping mechanism.

Down under in Australia we have blackberries & Mulberry's & the thing I love most of all the leftover juice mind and would put in ice cube trays to make little ice blocks & they were just divine and sweet fruity parcels. Not to forget nothing beats fresh pie straight out of the oven with whipped cream, ice cream or custard which ever tickled your fancy. Thanks for sharing and bringing back some wonderful memories

Heidi I really like the video portion with you in the woods picking the berries and the close up shot of you el-naturel without the makeup. Your inner beauty shines through, yet the freckles on your nose and letting go of the perfect illusion immeasurably draws your attention and my reality of how real you really are comes through. I always love it when a woman has the ability of making herself up to be a dream, yet still has the girl next door side to her as well. On Facebook when someone does smoke and mirrors through filters, I always go through the photos, and find the one that is the real you and like that one with a heart. I enjoy your gentleness in your videos, yet you are from the country and know how to survive in the wild. Excuse me if I ramble on. I really enjoy watching your videos.

You should host a travel show going to different Paradise around the world. More off grid vacations that the average person would think of going to experiences. Love what you do, do what you love.

It didn’t have to be perfect…it’s just as good rustic. Looks delicious! And that definitely looked like a persimmon fruit. Deer will chew on those

Fuyu persimmons are okay to eat directly off the tree like an apple when they turn orange. But they can be bitter if not ripe. If it’s a chocolate persimmon tree then you need to inject something like bourbon inside so it turns the bitterness into sweetness.

Just found your channel recently and think it is outstanding. Keep up the good work Heidi, your a credit to your generation..! I think the green fruit you were asking about is persimmon. Harvest them after there has been a frost, they'll be an orange-red color (or you can pick them green and freeze them) they're delicious. Please DO NOT try to eat them green they'll turn your mouth "inside out"..😄
