Yup, needle nose pliers are our friend for removing tough connections like on the capacitor wiring. Best practice is to grip both the terminal end and the wire rather than only pulling on the wires to remove. On the upside your capacitor wires do appear to have solid crimps applied at least. Thanks for the video!

I wanted to say that my machine’s grounding screw was not connected properly when I opened my machine the first time. I tightened. The next time I had to open the unit, the ground was loose again; likely from vibration. So maybe a medium locktite could help… Also I found that a pair of needle nose pliers help pry up on the connections.

Many of these machines are different over the years. Being in Alaska I don't see many of the older machines and those ones normally don't get a bunch of work needed it seems.

what size is the board battery?

They need to supply a parts list with numbers. It seems like they are trying to run a racket on repairs for these machines. We have the right to repair in our state. It doesnt require a proprietary technician.

Could you please tell me where can i buy this relay board replacement online ?

Right now you can only buy direct from HR. I am working on getting better ones custom made. Hope to have them soon
