can i just say who would've thought that our future doctors, scientists, dentists, surgeons, nurses, etc are so much more entertaining to watch and listen then any actual modern day music. I swear I feel like I am learning new things from this video LOL and the rapping is just TOP NOTCH HARVARD MATERIAL.

Honestly was a med student and loved doing those kind of things. It was productive and fun procrastinating!

I am not their parents but I am soo proud to see young ones and their accomplishments. It is great to see a rainbow of people... thank you for your service..

As a clerical clerk for hospitals, I can honestly say we’re that talented because (I can’t speak for others) we wanted to be entertainers before, & instead we decided we just want to be heroes. Happy Doctors Day to all the doctors out there ❤🎉

how can they be so busy and still manage to make this three-part parody video. and it turned out very well! i just know that they will never forget the time when they were making this video project. this will be one of the great and fun memories that they will remember while they're still a med student.

@@KimAhrina11 I got friends who are nursing students. They are always busy with placements, exams or some poor scheduling from the University to give you extra grief. COVID left a huge dent on public healthcare around the world and nursing students are still filling in for the shortage. Nursing is one of the most stressful jobs out there, they do 50% more work for less amount of the Doctor's pay.

@@KimAhrina11 I live in the Philippines and universities here are quite competitive by nature and because of existing standards. Generally, no college experience is easy and since we have to deal with other aspects of our lives aside from our education (family, mental health, living expenses, etc.), that's why it takes a toll on us sometimes. But I'm glad I was able to come back to this comment and now I can proudly say that I'm finally graduating in a week 🥹 Sooo, yeah tough times will come but it's all water under the bridge. You just gotta find the things that make you go on like this song did to me hahahaha

In Germany we have a thing called „Medimeisterschaften“ which is basically a normal festival which 25k med students attend and each med school produces a song and the best ones get to perform on stage. Love that there‘s similar med culture in the states

This transcends one school. As an icu nurse for 47 years at 3 different teaching institutions, I have worked with so many. My advice, keep the faith, don't fake it. You've got this. When in doubt, take a deep breath, close your eyes for a moment, check the electronic device at your fingertips. You've got this!

Med students are generally multi-talented and very passionate individuals. Imagine requiring a 4 year pre-med course or equivalent before going to into med you can have engineers, videographers, athletes, artist and all kinds of background who are also at the top of their college class or equivalent to dedicate their life into the profession of service. all that repressed talents and skills that you will not use in med, this things keeps us sane. I'm more impressed with the one who organized this, convincing med students to contribute to these activities is really challengin as they're more focus on studying.

Please they all are so talented and brilliant at the same time,hats off to all of them future doc ❤️

I'm not a medical student but I'm graduating this year too. Because of these tons of exams, graduation work, permanent crying and nervous breakdowns I didn't have time to realise what's coming. I'm finally graduating! Wow!! Actually I'm a bit terrified haha! The video is awesome! And I feel so seen rn I'm bittersweet crying. It was the most tough yet wholesome years of my life! I used to watch this video while preparing for my postgraduate entrance exams, eventhough I'm not pursuing medicine this used to motivate me to get up and work. Now I've gotten into one of the top universities in my country by God's grace, this video truly played a huge part! These last few months, I was feeling lost about what to do next, feeling very inferior compared to my classmates then this video appeared in my recommendations again! Time to get to work once more!

@@Emily-ms1nj Yeah this is going to sound like I'm taking this too seriously haha but honestly I think the issue is that-regardless of production value or talent (both of which are present here)-for a parody to be good, it has to be objectively funny, or it's cringey. There's not really any in between. Unfortunately med school music videos always end up being the latter in my opinion...
