They are discussing that company should ask the candidate explain a about a project he has built. As building project is less than 20% coding and more problem solving. If that candidate has written something why did he write that explain. So candidate can't cheat.

Its okay brother dont worry current employment problem is global issue everyone is facing you’re not the only one. And i think it’s going to resolve in 1-2 years. I am also recent EE graduate. What’s more important is how you spend your time when you have it. Spend it to build things, spend it to up-skill. Good luck.

Hello bhaiya, Bhaiya Bangalore main ek academy hain pankaj sir academy kar k h. Bhaiya yaha par yeh log 2-3 saal ka fake experience provide karwa rahein hain, Bhaiya computer science background walae toh thik but mechanical, civil, even bcom walae 2 saal ka fake experience dikha kar company entry le rahein hain. Bhaiya har mahine ek new batch chalu hota hain or harr batch main 250 log hain or sab fake experience main ghus rahein h. Kuch logon ki abhi company main work load ki wajah se suicidal thoughts bhi arahein hain. Bhaiya yeh log bahut bhayankar scam kar rahein hain.

It was designed to attract top talent from around the world for Google. But only a few people kept winning year after year, and they refused to work for Google. That, I believe, is the reason.

Do we need at least 1 year of experience to become SDE at Google (location: india or international) ? As I'm a fresher and working hard on DSA to get into FAANG. but I couldn't find opportunities for freshers from Google (SDE)...

I also did some small projects for companies for hiring. But problem is those projects are of 2-3 days non stop working. And many times even after completing the assessment didn't even get the interview. DSA is way better coz you have a 1-2 hr assessment.

What an insightful discussion.. Striver sir is absolutely right about the Shift in Interview Process. It should be blend of all.. not just DSA .. Engineering is all about Engineering not Master of DSA

I would say a good software engineer doesn't think like dsa is best over dev or dev is best over dsa... I prefer we should do both to become a best engineer
