This is one of my favorite song from his first album. And the fact he’s bringing this back for a radio performance since the last time he performed it on tour back in July 2018 made me emotional. I hope he’ll keep this song on the setlist for his upcoming tour 🥺

@@nurulaulia548 the lyrics say "a glass half empty" because that actually makes sense, but they thought it says "glass of empty" (sounds kind of similiar) but it doesn't mean anything. And when they realised that I said congratulations for figuring it out haha

they dated for around 3 months, started in november, broke up in january. obviously it could be about anyone, but harry recently mentioned that the song was supposed to go on the last 1d album, but it was too personal to him. on that album there's other songs that could be about taylor. the lyric 'and if you're looking for someone to write your break up song about...' seems to be a direct call out. in taylor's song from the 1989 era she has a lyric that goes 'you're still all over me like a wine stained dress i can't wear anymore'. in olivia (written by harry) there's something that seems like a direct answer to that 'this isn't the stain of a red wine i'm bleeding love'. what i'm trying to say is, they both wrote songs about each other. it's not like they dated for 3 days. it was 3 months. it might not have been very serious, but it definitely had ab impact on both of them. harry freaking dedicated a whole paragraph to her in one of his rolling stone interviews

@@elaine617 you can't take haylor stans too seriously, we appreciate every little haylor moment we can get. obviously, we know it's over and taylor's happy with joe and god i love joe, he's a great guy. shipping haylor is more about being sad that haylor ended, because under different circumstances things might have turned out differently. but we obviously know that both of them moved along. we're just a bunch of clowns
