I think you have no idea how he worked because you dont know him. Its actually the opposite way. Peter Buka was gifted by a talent. A lot of people work hard and never achieve this level. You must feel the music, its something extra, additional, not only a hard drill. For example Mozart. He played great when 5 years old and only little practice.

What I love about Peter Buka's piano playing is his clear appreciation for the beauty of the hands. The way he holds his hands - lightly - and moves them gracefully over the keyboard, as if his fingers were ballet dancers, strong, precise, ethereal, all in the moment, reveals a deeply sensitive and intelligent soul. He does not go for the effect (as the famous, virtuosic, but frankly vulgar and leering Liberace used to do) but with a natural, disciplined flow, scattering light through his hands. Thank you for the devotion, Peter!

The beginning.... the way he touched those keys...... so amazingly gentle

I am mesmerised by how lightly your fingers dance across the keyboard. You are truly gifted. What a happy feeling watching you play.

Running up that Hill. No one is covering it on youtube the way it should be covered. There is beautiful music hidden between the current notes. So much more to the song, so much hidden that you could bring out. I wish I could play as beautifully as you can, but I haven't earned your caliber of talent.
