I’m sure impressed. Linda wishing I had got one from him sooner. So many holster makers. I need to get a couple of holsters for my 629 revolvers. Just not sure what style yet.

@@atumre4705 great question. If you can get to 4-500 rounds with no issues and have t steer your carry load, that’s typically what I go with. I decided from the beginning with the new Sig that I’d push that round count up to 1K just because. Only did an initial cleaning, then I was off and running. I’m sitting at 350… didn’t get to the range this past weekend like I wanted unfortunately.

@ChristianGrest Awesome. I definitely need to step my game up lol. I been running a few boxes of FMJ and about 50 defensive rounds. I definitely need to get out this weekend as well. I was too busy with helping a friend move and Superbowl festivities lol.

@@atumre4705 everyone has their own firing schedule. So long as you’re 100% it’s good to go, then that’s what matters. You know good and well folks will carry something barely shot. Ugh… moving. Even helping someone move. Definitely not a good time. Hope I never move again

On the one IWB holster I have, it had a wide plastic retention clip and I very much don’t like it, to be honest. I personally think the metal clip like this has is a better design.

I’ve had both. The metal is more secure, but a tad harder to take the holster off. The other drawback to the metal ones is they tend to be much harder on belts. The advantage of course is more secure when drawing and less prone to cracks/breaks. Thanks brother for stopping by and leaving a comment! Sure hope to get my 1k round count finished up soon so I can start carrying this pistol.

Good luck with that. I find kydex to be uncomfortable, but I'm a fat man. Hybrids is what I like best

Agreed, hybrids are the most comfortable, but I wear plain Kydex as well. This one with some test wearing is comfortable for Kydex when compared to others I own.
